Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Condo Construction

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction operations from mobilization through project closeout including a team of superintendents.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols (OSHA) and company safety standards
• Interpret and enforce construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor workmanship, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and ownership teams
• Manage inspections and approvals with local municipalities and regulatory agencies in South Florida
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and punch lists
• Oversee quality control and turnover processes, ensuring units meet condo association and developer standards
• Lead trade coordination meetings and proactively resolve field conflicts
• Maintain site logistics plans, including staging, deliveries, and access in urban/high-density environments
