Their commitment to quality, client satisfaction, and sustainable building practices has resulted in a significant amount of repeat business and long-standing client partnerships.Job DescriptionAs the Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day field operations on healthcare renovation and addition projects ranging from approximately $5M to $10M in value.Key responsibilities include:Lead all field operations from project kickoff through completionCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders on-siteDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure successful deliveryEnsure all work is performed safely and in accordance with project requirementsManage projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption to operationsPartner closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets, schedules, and project qualityConduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reportingUtilize construction technology tools to support project execution and documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
