Job Description

  • Lead all field operations on a $20M healthcare construction project
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and safety protocols
  • Oversee quality control and technical execution across all phases
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and coordination
  • Drive project schedules and maintain clear communication with leadership
  • Manage inspections, punch lists, and final project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent - Healthcare Projects should have:

  • 5-10+ years of commercial construction field experience
  • At least 3 years as a Lead Superintendent
  • Ground-up project experience in the $5M-$30M range
  • Healthcare construction experience preferred
  • Exposure to low-voltage systems such as data, controls, or security is a plus
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
  • Strong technical mindset with adaptability in complex builds
