Job Description

As Lead Superintendent, you will report directly to senior operations leadership and take ownership of day-to-day site execution across locally based projects.

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from start to completion
  • Manage subcontractors, site teams, and daily schedules
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control across the project
  • Coordinate with project management to maintain timelines and budgets
  • Conduct site meetings and progress reporting
  • Resolve field issues quickly to minimize delays
  • Ensure projects are delivered to client expectations

The Successful Applicant

For the Lead Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
  • Background delivering commercial or light industrial construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site logistics
  • Ability to lead crews and subcontractors with authority and professionalism
  • Experience working on projects from ground-up through closeout
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Local market experience preferred
