Job Description

  • Provide overall field leadership for industrial and manufacturing construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate all on-site subcontractor activities to maintain schedule and production goals.
  • Enforce project safety programs, quality standards while ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
  • Lead field problem-solving efforts, coordinate with project management teams, and drive resolution of complex construction issues.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners, fostering collaboration and successful project outcomes.
