Lead Superintendent | Landmark Projects Across New England

• Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, site logistics, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee daily field operations while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Drive project milestones and proactively resolve challenges to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a productive working environment.
• Utilize Bluebeam and Excel to track project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
• Mentor field personnel and foster strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
