Lead Superintendent- Large Ground Up Projects-Boston

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion aligns with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project efficiency and quality standards.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to guide project execution.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Manage on-site inspections and quality control to ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and project records.
