Lead Superintendent- Large Multifamily- NH work

• Lead all field operations for multifamily renovation and ground-up construction projects.
• Manage day-to-day jobsite activities, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and workforce planning.
• Oversee the renovation of a historic mill building being converted into 45 residential units.
• Lead a forthcoming 32-unit apartment building project in downtown Hanover, NH, scheduled to begin in February 2027.
• Drive project schedules and proactively identify and resolve field challenges to maintain milestones.
• Enforce project safety programs, quality control standards, and company best practices.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage documentation, reporting, drawings, and project communication.
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress updates while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.
