• Oversees daily operations at a construction site
• Leads daily morning meetings with the entire crew
• Hires, trains, and manages construction workers
• Follows construction drawings and approved plans
• Uses popular construction management software
• Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials
• Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule
• Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation
• Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed
• Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocols
