Job Description

  • Lead all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project closeout
  • Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades, with a focus on MEP systems
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, enforcing milestones and milestones
  • Enforce all safety policies and OSHA standards, promoting a zero-incident culture
  • Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for constructability and scope gaps
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Ensure quality control standards are met across structural, architectural, and MEP scopes
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owner's reps
  • Maintain accurate field documentation including daily logs, reports, and schedules
  • Lead field teams with professionalism, accountability, and mentorship

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven experience delivering light industrial, data center, or MEP‑heavy projects
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission‑critical systems
  • Demonstrated leadership managing large subcontractor teams
  • Advanced understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and safety compliance
  • Ability to read and interpret complex construction documents
  • Proficient with construction technologies and scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work on complex, high‑profile projects with tight schedules
