Lead Superintendent - Mixed Commercial Construction

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project turnover.
• Develop, maintain, and drive the project's master schedule.
• Manage project sequencing and critical path activities.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.
• Conduct pull-planning sessions and weekly scheduling meetings.
• Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Maintain a highly organized and professional jobsite environment.
• Partner with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants throughout project execution.
• Oversee quality control efforts and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and help develop future field leaders.
• Support successful project closeout and turnover processes.
