Lead Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Walpole, MA

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to execute project plans.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure materials and resources are available to meet project schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, including progress reports and site logs.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates.
