• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project milestones and daily activities.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and timelines.
