Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily progress, incidents, and changes to the project scope.
  • Mentor and lead on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
