Job Description

  • Direct and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements on-site.
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets company and client standards.
  • Manage on-site resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among all team members.
