Lead Superintendent

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
• Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to enhance performance and productivity.
• Identify and resolve construction-related challenges to ensure quality standards are met.
