Lead Superintendent

• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address project needs.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Ensure quality control and oversee the final inspection process.
