Lead Superintendent

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Communicate progress and address challenges effectively with internal and external teams.
• Lead and mentor on-site construction teams to foster a collaborative working environment.
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the construction process.
