Lead Superintendent

• Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Supervise and mentor construction teams, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project plans and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address concerns and provide updates.
