Lead Superintendent

• Lead daily construction site activities to keep work aligned with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, and site logistics to maintain steady progress.
• Review work in the field and address issues that may affect quality, timing, or safety.
• Communicate site updates, priorities, and constraints with project stakeholders.
• Track construction progress and report key milestones, changes, and outstanding needs.
• Maintain an organized job site and confirm work is completed to project requirements.
• Work with project teams to resolve field questions and keep decisions moving forward.
• Promote safe work practices across active construction areas.
