They offer employees the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while providing strong career development, training, and advancement opportunities within an inclusive and collaborative environment.Job DescriptionLead and champion Lean manufacturing initiatives across the facility, driving continuous improvement and waste elimination programmes.Facilitate value stream mapping activities and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.Organise and lead Kaizen events, ensuring projects are executed successfully and deliver measurable operational improvements.Partner with plant leadership, cross-functional teams, and high-performing teams to embed Lean methodologies throughout the organisation.Promote and sustain a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and Lean training initiatives.Drive problem-solving activities using Lean tools and methodologies to address manufacturing and operational challenges.Conduct floor analysis, process improvements, facility layout reviews, and constraint identification initiatives to improve operational efficiency.Monitor and report key performance metrics, project progress, and continuous improvement savings.Lead regular Gemba walks, steering committee meetings, and continuous improvement reviews.Support multiple manufacturing locations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sustainable Lean implementationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
