This Lean Manufacturing Engineer will play a critical role in elevating production capabilities to support that growth. The organization is the clear market leader in its product line and is well positioned to continue its dominance.Job DescriptionAnalyze and enhance manufacturing processes related to assembly, testing, packaging, and logistics.Collaborate with teams at all levels to challenge existing practices and drive meaningful improvements.Utilize lean tools such as 5S, KPIs, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Pareto analysis to implement process enhancements.Plan and design layouts for optimal space utilization, workflow, and workforce efficiency.Standardize processes and implement best practices along with performance metrics.Develop training materials for technical processes, including robotics and manual machine interfaces.Mentor and train employees on new processes and lean methodologies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
