Job Description

  • Manage industrial projects from concept through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
  • Coordinate with field teams, clients, and leadership
  • Lead project meetings and maintain communication across stakeholders
  • Track financials, manage changes, and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
  • Support design-build and negotiated work

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Project Manager with industrial project exposure
  • Background in light industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing projects
  • Experience managing projects in the $10M-$30M+ range
  • Strong understanding of project financials and scheduling
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
