This is an opportunity to join an organization that values teamwork, accountability, and long-term career progression.Job DescriptionGlimpse of your role:As Project Manager, you will oversee multiple light industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Key responsibilities include:Lead all phases of project management for ground-up and renovation light industrial projects.Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with field teams and subcontractors.Negotiate and administer subcontractor agreements and purchase orders.Review construction documents, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and consultants to ensure successful project execution.Identify project risks and proactively implement solutions to minimize schedule and budget impacts.Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Monitor project financial performance, including billing, cost control, and profitability.Support closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and warranty coordination.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
