Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Lead project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules alongside Superintendents and project teams.
    • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
    • Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
    • Identify project risks and proactively develop solutions.
    • Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients.
    • Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant



Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
    • Commercial construction experience managing projects from start to finish
    • Previous experience in:
      • Data Centers / Mission Critical
      • Light Industrial
      • Manufacturing
      • Large Commercial Construction
    • Strong financial and schedule management skills
    • Client-facing experience and excellent communication abilities
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization
