Light Industrial Project Manager

• Manage end-to-end project activities, including planning, execution, and delivery, for light industrial construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Support team development by mentoring and coaching junior staff as needed.
