A rapidly growing general contractor focused on light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution projects throughout the Midwest. Known for repeat clients and a collaborative culture.

Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain owner relationships.
  • Review and negotiate subcontracts.
  • Monitor project financial performance and reporting.
  • Lead project meetings and coordinate project stakeholders.
  • Drive on-time project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience on industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong budgeting and contract management skills.
