Job Description



  • Operational Leadership: Drive all daily field operations, ensuring that every phase of construction is executed with a "safety-first" mindset and peak operational efficiency.


  • Strategic Resource Management: Orchestrate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams to guarantee seamless schedule alignment and milestone achievement.


  • Quality Assurance & Documentation: Execute rigorous daily site inspections and quality control protocols, maintaining precise documentation of project progress and standards.


  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, leading productive coordination meetings with project owners, municipal inspectors, and internal stakeholders.


  • Site Stewardship: Uphold the company's reputation by maintaining a highly organized, professional, and clean jobsite environment.


  • Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve field-level conflicts and bottlenecks in real-time to ensure uninterrupted project momentum.


  • Technical Coordination: Conduct comprehensive reviews of architectural and engineering drawings to identify potential conflicts and implement effective field solutions.


  • Logistics Oversight: Manage the end-to-end material lifecycle, from tracking deliveries to verifying accurate and high-quality installation.


  • Safety Culture Advocacy: Champion company-wide safety initiatives by enforcing strict compliance and leading engaging daily "toolbox talks" for all site personnel.


  • Project Completion & Turnover: Spearhead the project closeout process, including meticulous punch-list management and a seamless transition to the owner.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven Field Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience leading commercial or light industrial construction projects from ground-break to ribbon-cutting.


  • Demonstrated Leadership: A successful track record of orchestrating subcontractors and managing complex daily jobsite operations with precision.


  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of construction documents, including the ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and critical path sequencing.


  • Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between project owners, architects, and field personnel.


  • Professional Accountability: A high degree of professionalism and the ability to maintain calm, decisive leadership within fast-paced, high-stakes environments.


  • Safety Commitment: Current OSHA 30 certification is preferred, or a proactive commitment to obtaining it within the first 90 days.
