Job Description

  • Responsible for settlements, controls, cash management, and client service of listed products: DTC, cash, equity, stock borrow/loan, options clearing in ICC
  • Process listed derivatives transactions accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile trade discrepancies and resolve issues with counterparties.
  • Monitor clearing and settlement processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports as required.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks related to clearing activities.
  • Support system upgrades and testing for clearing-related processes.
  • Provide prompt resolution to client inquiries related to listed clearing activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Listed Clearing Specialist should have:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of DTC
  • Working knowledge of OCC
  • Broadridge Shadow platform a plus
  • Strong knowledge of listed derivatives and clearing processes in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with trade reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to clearing operations.
