Job Description

  • Organize and maintain case files, including electronic and physical documentation.
  • Assist attorneys with preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to schedule meetings and depositions.
  • Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial preparation activities.
  • File legal documents with courts and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of case activities and correspondence.
  • Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from inception through trial and post-trial proceedings.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Litigation Paralegal should have:
