Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and budgets.
  • Support the procurement of materials and equipment required for construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting or managing commercial construction projects.
  • Experience within Class A office interiors, tenant improvements, healthcare, financial institutions, or similar commercial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
