Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up data center construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Lead project planning, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project performance and proactively mitigate schedule or budget risks
  • Oversee the installation and coordination of complex building systems, including critical MEP infrastructure
  • Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements
  • Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager managing ground-up data center or mission-critical commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure
  • Experience managing project financials, scheduling, forecasting, and subcontractor coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced project environments
