Job Description

  • Lead all phases of construction project execution from planning through completion.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, contracts, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestone achievement.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem solving.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required.
  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Experience with K-12 education, higher education, municipal, government, or public-sector projects strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, contract administration, and project controls.
  • Experience utilizing construction management software and project scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
