We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to support projects in the Savannah, Georgia area. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage field operations from start to finish while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and schedule performance. The Superintendent must be local to Savannah or immediately available to work in the area.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance
  • Coordinate inspections, scheduling, and site logistics
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and trade partners
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven experience in light industrial, aviation, and base building projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
  • Ability to lead crews and subcontractors in an active jobsite environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be local to Savannah, GA (or very familiar with the area)
