Job Description

  • Lead and manage large-scale industrial projects ($10M-$100M+) from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee project teams, budgets, schedules, and overall execution strategy
  • Drive client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Provide leadership to project managers, APMs, and field teams
  • Manage risk, schedule performance, and financial outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-20+ years of construction experience
  • Strong background in light industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or data center projects
  • Proven ability to lead complex, large-scale construction programs
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
