Job Description

    • Manage all on‑site construction activities from start through closeout
    • Lead subcontractors, field staff, and inspections to maintain schedule and quality
    • Enforce safety standards and uphold jobsite best practices
    • Coordinate closely with project management teams on sequencing and logistics
    • Drive productivity, problem‑solve field challenges, and maintain site organization
    • Serve as the primary point of contact on site for daily operations

The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
    • Strong understanding of building means, methods, and sequencing
    • Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain momentum on site
    • Safety‑first mindset with strong communication skills
    • Experience in healthcare, industrial, institutional, or commercial projects preferred
    • Desire to work locally in Augusta with minimal to no travel
