Job Description

  • Lead all on‑site operations for data center construction projects from ground‑up through commissioning
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule and milestone adherence
  • Coordinate complex MEP systems and ensure proper installation sequencing
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance on all job sites
  • Maintain detailed daily reports, look‑ahead schedules, and site documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues quickly
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards, plans, and performance requirements
  • Drive fast‑track schedules while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven experience in data center, mission‑critical, or highly technical projects required
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and infrastructure coordination
  • Experience managing fast‑track, high‑schedule‑pressure environments
  • Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
