This is a great opportunity to be part of a tight knit group that is looking to keep growing and taking on large, complex projects.Job DescriptionAll OSHA, EPA, and ODH policies, procedures, and regulations must be followed to maintain a safe work environment.Attend, participate in, and lead company meetings, subcontractor meetings, and Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) meetings.Lead and manage the on-site construction team, including scheduling work shifts, monitoring project progress, and allocating resources.Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with project specifications.Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.Review project schedules and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project expenses.Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with vendors and suppliers.Work closely with clients, project managers, and other construction professionals to determine budgets and timelines.Implement management techniques that are both cost-effective and efficient.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
