Long Island Superintendent - Retail Construction

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory to prevent shortages or delays.
• Prepare and submit daily reports documenting project status and activities.
