Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on luxury custom residential projects from start to finish
  • Manage subcontractors, project schedules, quality control, and site safety compliance
  • Coordinate construction activities to maintain programme milestones and client expectations
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, and successful project turnover processes
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve site challenges and maintain build excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience delivering luxury custom homes in premium residential markets
  • Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M-$20M+
  • Ground-up custom home construction experience is essential
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trades and stakeholders effectively
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred with excellent references and stable work history
