Job Description



  • Assist with managing projects from preconstruction through closeout


  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination


  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation


  • Assist with cost tracking, budgeting, and schedule updates


  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants


  • Participate in project meetings and site walks

The Successful Applicant



  • 2-4 years of experience in luxury residential or custom home construction


  • Background in custom homes (not multifamily)


  • Experience supporting ground-up and renovation projects


  • Project experience in Palm Beach County preferred


  • Strong organizational and communication skills


  • Motivated to grow long term within a luxury builder
