A growing residential builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee ground-up luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires strong client-facing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and expertise in high-end residential construction.

Job Description

* Manage multiple ground-up luxury residential projects through all construction phases

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project documentation

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

* Monitor project performance to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

* Lead project meetings and proactively resolve construction challenges

The Successful Applicant

* 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction

* Proven background delivering ground-up custom home projects

* Experience with high-end finishes and luxury residential builds

* Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
