With a reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects and a culture centered around investing in people, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a premier luxury hospitality project while mentoring the next generation of project leaders.

Job Description

  • Lead multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, buyout processes, and cost controls.
  • Drive project schedules while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
  • Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and internal project reviews.
  • Oversee subcontractor management, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Identify project risks and develop recovery plans when needed.
  • Mentor and develop junior project management and field teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Experience delivering luxury hospitality, hotel, high-end residential, or multifamily projects.
  • Strong understanding of premium finishes and complex construction scopes.
  • Proven ability to manage project financials, schedules, and client relationships.
  • Passion for mentoring others and developing high-performing teams.
