• Manage all aspects of luxury custom home construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to established timelines and financial goals.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve any on-site challenges or issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure all building codes and regulations are adhered to throughout the construction process.
