The firm specializes solely in luxury custom homes and is deeply rooted in the Palm Beach and Broward County markets. Known for quality craftsmanship, repeat clientele, and long employee tenure.

Job Description

  • Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on luxury single‑family home projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and material deliveries
  • Ensure workmanship meets high‑end residential standards
  • Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Communicate progress, schedules, and issues with ownership and project management

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Superintendent experience on luxury or custom single‑family homes
  • Strong knowledge of Palm Beach and/or Broward County construction practices
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, inspectors, and homeowners professionally
  • Stable work history with a long‑term mindset
  • Local market experience required (Miami‑based backgrounds not of interest)

What's on Offer

  • Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
  • Project‑based bonus potential (up to 5% per project, when applicable)
  • Year‑end Christmas bonus ($10K-$20K)
  • Company‑paid healthcare
  • 2-3 weeks of PTO plus 7 paid holidays
  • $100/month cell phone allowance
  • Company truck provided on select projects
