Job Description

* Lead field operations for a 24,000 SF luxury retail flagship project

* Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and daily construction activities

* Maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards throughout delivery

* Manage client-facing interactions on a design-driven, finish-intensive project

* Drive project closeout and transition into future commercial assignments

The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience as a Commercial Superintendent

* Background in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end interiors preferred

* Strong finish-oriented mindset with attention to detail

* Ability to lead subcontractors and manage demanding schedules

* Established relationships within the South Florida construction market
