MAINE - Assistant Super | Commercial Construction

This role supports the Superintendent in managing daily field operations and learning how to lead construction projects from the ground up.

• Assist with day-to-day job site coordination and subcontractor oversight
• Help track and maintain project schedules and milestones 📅
• Support quality control and safety compliance on site ✅
• Participate in site meetings and document progress
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and logistics
• Act as a bridge between field teams and project management 📢
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
• Learn from senior field leaders and take on increasing responsibility over time
