Job Description

  • Lead maintenance and reliability teams
  • Develop preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Improve equipment availability and OEE
  • Manage maintenance KPIs and budgets
  • Support capital equipment installation projects
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
  • Experience managing maintenance technicians and supervisors
  • Strong knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Experience improving uptime, OEE, and equipment reliability
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills



Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field
  • CMRP certification
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Experience leading capital equipment projects
  • Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience
