We're seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead all maintenance operations and drive equipment uptime in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is critical to improving reliability, reducing unplanned downtime, and supporting production performance.

Job Description

  • Lead all maintenance and reliability functions across the plant
  • Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Reduce downtime and improve equipment performance (OEE)
  • Manage maintenance team, scheduling, and training
  • Partner with operations to support production goals
  • Oversee CMMS utilization and maintenance data tracking
  • Support capital projects and equipment upgrades
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years in maintenance/reliability within manufacturing
  • Leadership experience managing maintenance teams
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Lean / CI mindset with strong problem-solving skills



Preferred:

  • Reliability engineering experience
  • Food, metals, or high-speed manufacturing background.
