Maintenance Manager - Industrial - Lee, MA

The Maintenance Manager will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals while fostering a strong safety-first culture.
• Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, shutdown activities, backlog reduction, and resource allocation.
• Oversee repair and maintenance budgets, forecasting, and capital improvement projects.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure safe and cost-effective execution.
• Optimize spare parts inventory and asset lifecycle strategies.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve uptime, productivity, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and applicable industrial regulations and standards.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and reliability best practices throughout the facility.
